Have you decided that you would like to become a part of
CFIA? If so, read the Network Agreement below before filling out the
application. If you agree with every point of the agreement, then
proceed to the application. There are several options for filling out
the form and returning it:
Open the word doc and save it to your computer. Type
in your answers in the text fields. Save your completed application
and return it as an attachment to an email to katie@deborahministries.org.
Open the word doc and type in the text boxes. If you
do not have the ability to save the file, you can print it after it is
typed, before you close the document and scan it as an email to katie@deborahministries.org.
Open the word doc, if you do not have the ability to
save the doc or type in the text fields, print out the blank document
and write in the text fields and scan that document as an email to katie@deborahministries.org.

It should be noted that CFIA was created as means to spiritually uplift
ministry leaders. It is not a means of financial support for the
members. When your application has been received, you will receive
acknowledgement by email, unless you do not have access. When your
application has been reviewed, you will receive an email detailing the
outcome of the review. If you do not have access to email, you will
receive communication by mail. Thank you for your interest in becoming a
