Meet Mark and Karol Wilson. They are responsible for set up and take down of the church setting on Sunday mornings. They saw a need for help and simply stepped in to help. Now that's what is called a "helps ministry"! We want to thank Mark and Karol for all the behind-the-scenes work they do before and after church every Sunday: from sweeping the floor, setting up and taking down the chairs, helping with sound system equipment, and setting up and manning the coffee table. If something needs to be done, they do it! Thank you, Mark and Karol. Your work is invaluable!
Rick Munger
Meet Rick Munger. Rick Munger has been part of Crossfire helps ministry for many years now. He helps with both set-up and take-down on Sunday mornings, and is also a greeter and usher. Rick's wife, Cindy, leads worship for Crossfire. Rick takes care of recording of sermons and duplicates messages before and after services on Sundays. Whenever Pastor Harvey or Deborah needs something, he usually is able to come to their aid before they even have to ask. His specialty is "anticipatory" help! Thanks, Rick, for the work you do every week. It does not go unnoticed. Rick says, "Being a part of Crossfire is a blessing that most people (even many Christians!) don't ever get an opportunity to experience. I don't see the few little things I do to help out as "serving", I just feel very peaceful and rightly placed in the body when I'm actively involved on Sunday mornings." And we feel that he is indeed rightly placed!
Have you seen a need at Crossfire that you would like to help fill? We trust the Holy Spirit will take care of needs within the Body of Christ through servants like you. Please contact Pastor Harvey directly to discuss serving opportunities.
