Crossfire Children's Ministry Ages 4-12 "Growing children who have a relationship with
the Lord."
We
recognize that each child has unique needs, with the greatest need being
to experience the love and grace of God. We desire for them to enjoy
being here with us while at the same time being taught about the things
of God. Children have the ability to make their own free-will choices to
accept Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior and we believe they
should be water baptized when they appreciate and recognize the
significance of baptism; children also will be baptized with the Holy
Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues if they desire
and ask for this infilling. We seek to recognize the gifts God has given
each child so they can be encouraged to begin to use them.
Crossfire
children have a sense of "belonging." They are learning to reach
"beyond the walls," to reach others with the love that Christ has placed
within them. They are shining lights for Jesus in their schools,
neighborhoods, and communities. Pastor Peggy Nelson has an incredible
approach to children's ministry that includes individually tailored
curriculum. Through visual aids, hands-on activities and craft projects,
Pastor Peggy teaches children the deep things of God in a
straightforward, easy to understand manner. Bring your children to
Crossfire on Sunday mornings and watch them grow and mature in the Lord.
Pastor Peggy communicates with the parents what the children are being
taught so the parents can help instill further knowledge and practice on
the subject throughout the week.
Pastor Peggy Nelson has over twenty-five years
experience working with children. She comes to Crossfire Church with a
wealth of experience, expertise, and God-given talents and skills suited
directly to working with children of all ages.

Crossfire is a church without walls, built on the foundation of grace and love; serving God, building people, and reaching beyond the walls within us to the world around us.
